**THE OPPORTUNITY**As our **People & Culture Coordinator**, you'll play a vital role in overseeing our HR operations, ensuring practices align with our business objectives. This newly created position reflects our growth and will allow you to lead initiatives that positively influence our culture and growth.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
- Staff resourcing: overseeing the management of staffing pool in line with business requirements (resource capacity plans, resource schedules, allocation)
- Facilitate onboarding for new starters
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies for consistency
- Streamline HR processes and workflows
- Mentor field staff and manage external vendor relationships
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- Strong understanding of employee & subcontractor/vendor/supplier relations and legislative frameworks
- Experience in onboarding and inductions
- Staff sourcing and recruitment support
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
