Deliver Seamless HR Coordination that Enhances the Employee Experience

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our passionate P&C team. In this pivotal support role, you will provide high-quality, timely, and accurate coordination across the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to contract administration, compliance, and HR systems management.

Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you'll contribute to the smooth delivery of HR processes that are consistent, compliant, and people-centred. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable administrator or early-career HR professional looking to make a meaningful contribution in a purpose-driven organisation.
