Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, purpose driven integrated healthcare organisation making a positive difference in people's lives.
This is a newly created People & Culture Business Partner role due to organisational growth.
As People & Culture Business Partner you will deliver value through delivering a variety of HR related functions.
You will support Managers in implementing people and culture processes and initiatives that will support Vitalis Health & Home Care to deliver high quality, client-focused healthcare services.
**Your duties include but not limited to**:
- HR administrative functions including the coordination of all new employee onboarding paperwork and maintenance of the employee database.
- Preparation of employment contracts and variations requests.
- Review and develop a set of company benefits to attract, retain and reward employees.
- Review and continually improve performance management processes.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues.
- Be familiar and up to date with employment law and ensure the organisational policies, procedures, and benefits comply with the latest laws.
- Manage workplace safety initiatives.
- First point of contact in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries.
**To be eligible to apply**:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Advanced user of HR software Employment Hero.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills experience.
- Proficient with entire Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working in health, home care, NDIS and/or hospital a plus.
