Come join our close-knit team as our People & Culture Coordinator. This role will see you coordinate the Learning Management System(LMS) and documentation process for the business. You will play an instrumental role in creating a great employee experience for all those who join our at Max Life Care team.

Max Life Care is an amazingly successful startup, growing to over 420 employees in just 3 years. As a doctor led business, we provide premium medical, clinical and social care to people living with the most complex disability support needs.

Due to rapid growth, we are now undergoing a transformation to ensure a solid structure on which to continue the expansion of our NSW based team into Queensland and Victoria.

Teamwork is an important value that will see you enjoy the support of our P&C team as you partner with other teams across the business.

**This role has an exciting career path into People & Culture partnering. Over time you will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills and learn more about best practise.**

**As part of our supportive P&C team, this role will see you;**
- Manage our LMS to ensure employees have a learning pathway.
- Coordinate the compliance process to meet NDIS industry & MLC standards.
- Manage contract creation and release.
- Support employees with their enquiries.
- Create reports and present findings in weekly leadership meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to all People & Culture projects to deliver an exceptional experience.

**You will also play an important role in business-wide projects;**
- The implementation of our new HRIS.
- Creation of innovative employer branding initiatives.
