**Your new company**

This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking an APS5 Project Support Officer to join them for a 12-month period, specifically to work on the National Mutual Acceptance Scheme and Clinical Trials Governance Framework projects.

**Your new role**

This core operational role supports the work of the SQIS team, to support the development and implementation of a number of projects including but not limited to the National Mutual Acceptance Scheme, Clinical Trials Governance Framework and Clinical Quality Registries.

The Project Support Officer will work with the Program Director and with each of the Senior Project Officers on their various projects. This will include providing support for committee meetings and events, preparing procurement documentation and working with the corporate areas within the Commission.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in providing high quality administrative and corporate assistance, and knowledge of government processes and procedures.
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
- Strong administrative and project support background
- Extensive experience in word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and electronic document management systems.
- Experience with Government Health is desirable.
- Must be Vaccinated.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
