**Your new role**

The role of this Project Officer will sit within the Risk Strategic Portfolio team. Risk Management as a business unit is responsible for developing and deploying the Groups risk policies, processes, and frameworks. Enterprise Risk forms part of the Risk Management Support Unit, supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer to deliver against Risk Management’s strategic priorities in the most effective way.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines to develop their delivery career in a supportive environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2 years + project experience
- Agile experience
- Experience in working in project team environment
- Proficient PC skills e.g. MS Office suite
- Knowledge and experience in using a Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Interpersonal skills
- Risk Mindset - employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
