**The Role**

We’re are looking for an experienced Claims and Compliance Officer who wants to bring their passion and knowledge to support our Claims and Compliance team.

If you have an exceptional eye for detail, great time management skills and enjoy working towards compliance frameworks, then we want to hear from you

You will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and processing employment and education outcome claims
- Assess the eligibility and evidence of identified claims
- Ensure compliance with Disability Employment Services Agreement and Documentary Evidence Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with JobActive Services Agreement and Documentary Evidence Guidelines
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Please note that you will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NSW health orders (including booster)._

**About you**

In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Strong understanding of the Disability Services Agreement and JobActive guidelines
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the claims process and documentary evidence requirements
- Ability to build exceptional relationships and encourage and share best practice initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills; able to work independently and self-driven
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
