**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Currently we are seeking a Forecast Planning Specialist to join our team based in Perth. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning function by driving the forecast of all shutdowns and maintenance works for the business. With this role, you will also manage the Forecast Planning teams’ deliverables based on our key date timelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage Forecast Planners deliverables and timelines.
- Engage with key department leadership to gain knowledge of potential future works and the impact they have on resources.
- Gather historical data to build and map out long-range workforce forecasting.
- Analyse data to compile and deliver clear, concise action plans to Forecast Planners and link this information with internal department managers.
- Be a part of the succession planning function to promote growth within the Warrikal labour pool.
- Liaise directly with Planning Manager to develop concepts to further improve forecast planning functions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ownership of deliverables set by key timelines.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of the mining industry across the Pilbara.
- Ability to compile, analyse and map out workforce labour across multiple sites.
- Deliver clear and concise action plans influencing outcomes.
- Ability to develop and deliver processes with Planning Manager.
- High organisational skills.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks.
- Experience with workforce planning software.
