**Role**

The
**Business Leader** is a core senior leadership position within the CPMA management structure and is part of the Senior Leadership Team. The role has oversight of an assigned Business Unit which comprises of a portfolio of clients and a Team comprising of Team Leaders and Technical staff.

Reporting to the General Manager, the core responsibilities are:

- Delivery of a business unit plan including client plans, staff and recruitment plans, profit and loss (gross margin)
- Leadership of all aspects of staff management and client management.
- Industry engagement and participation
- Business development
- Delivering project management and/or technical services

Our clients are located throughout the South East Queensland region which will require this role to travel between locations at times.

**Key Requirements Include**:

- Technical skill in the delivery of Client-Side Project Management Consulting Services is preferred, representing CPM in all matters to successfully deliver the consulting services in line with CPM’s and the client’s company policy and plans
- Skills, experience and/or familiarity in early project phases of Client Brief Development, Feasibility, Business Case; to project planning & design team management; through to project delivery and contract superintendency.
- Project advisory skills are desirable

The successful applicant will possess tertiary qualifications aligned with your expertise preferrable encompassing civil & transport infrastructure.
