What You'll Do

  • Build, grow, and manage strong client relationships that drive sales and long-term loyalty.
  • Coach and develop your team to exceed performance goals.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences aligned with Secrets' service standards.
  • Understand and leverage key business drivers to boost profitability.
  • Plan and execute business strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of our collections, including lab-grown diamonds and customisation options.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in retail or sales, with leadership experience.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Natural leadership with a people-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Career stability and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Tertiary education is a plus.
