**YOUR Next Employer **is in located in Westend, Brisbane. They are a Mid-tier builder looking for an experienced and professional Marketing Coordinator to join the team, based out of their Westend Head Office. This is a newly created role which will allow you to make it your own

**YOUR Role **is to undertake the following key functions:

- Updating the company website with project photos and content
- Managing the social media account & posting content
- Assisting with the layout of Tenders and EOI's
- Event management including participation in arranging team events and fundraisers which may include Christmas party, Biggest Morning Tea etc and client events
- Corporate branding
- Arranging corporate gifts and promotioanl material

**YOUR Experience** will include previous experience in a similar role including:

- At least 2 years previous experience in a Marketing role
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team, outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Good time management skills with ability to meet tight timelines
- A keen eye for detail with professional graphic presentation skills
- Must have the ability to proofread submissions and contribute to content
- Ability to manage social media and engage an audience
- Self-motivated individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table and execute them
- Creative flair and ability to use Design Packages
