Your Mission

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our digital presence and community engagement. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Sales & Marketing to:

  • Craft and schedule engaging content across social media, email, blogs, and our website.
  • Launch and manage digital campaigns that get noticed.
  • Optimise SEO, SEM, and analytics to boost visibility.
  • Design eye-catching marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Keep our website fresh and functional.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and update style guides.
  • Support signage, branding, and materials for new sites and refreshes.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide admin support to the Executive Management Team and assist with CRM and contract management.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • A creative mindset with top-notch communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event coordination and brand management.
  • A valid driver's licence for occasional travel.
