**The Organisation**:
Our client are a Multifaceted Company building a range of projects across multiple divisions. They have a strong presence across Townhouse developments, Projects / Apartments, Investment properties, house and land packages, Land Subdivision and Property Management.

They have exciting growth plans which will naturally create development opportunities for capable individuals.

They are a well established, stable company with a team of accomplished and experienced industry professionals.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Marketing experience within the construction industry to take the next step and own a marketing role with an exciting growing organization. Once established you will be afforded the opportunity to build your own team.

**The Role & responsibilities**:

- Develop and evolve brand identity
- Implements strategies and campaigns to generate new clients
- Create / compose attractive marketing initiatives such as EDM Campaigns.
- Collaborate and maintain a two-way dialogue with the sales department
- Build marketing team including, hiring and training
- Assist with display home marketing
- Report to the General manager

**What you need**:

- Experience working in a marketing team directly for a builder
- Strong digital knowledge and skills: CRM, web, social, search.
- Customer-focused.
- Good strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to understand customer and market data and analyse campaign ROI.
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
- The ability to be self motivated
