Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to oversee and develop marketing campaigns for

and overseeing our current marketing campaigns to align with our business objectives, target

manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed

efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to determine key target segments
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print

and events
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with other teams including sales, product development, and operations to

ensure alignment on marketing objectives
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, feedback and support to

ensure their professional growth
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

to optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and identify new opportunities to

drive growth and success for the company
- Requirements:
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong team player who is able to collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
