Plascare invites you to join our team in the Sales and Marketing Manager role, where you will shape the future of our marketing initiatives and business sales direction within a supportive and innovative environment. We are seeking a self-driven, adaptable, creative and critical thinker with a strong understanding of market and customer behaviour.

We are open to the type of employment based on your preference. This can include Full Time (5 days per week), part time or even an alternative scenario of working 38 hours over 4 days, and then having a 3-day weekend.

**Position Overview**:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. You will lead marketing initiatives, oversee content creation, strengthen the customer journey, and collaborate with distributors and internal teams. This role requires you to manage campaigns across Australia, contributing strategically and working collaboratively to deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Development & Marketing Strategy**
- **Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns**: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including eDMs, social media, and print advertising, ensuring they align with business objectives and budgets.
- **Product strategy**: Play an active role in executing the go-to-market plan for all new product launches

**Content Creation and Management**
- **Lead Content Strategy and execution**: Develop and curate a content calendar that includes blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and multimedia content tailored to engage our target audience.
- **Collaborate on Creative Development**: Independently produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand messaging.Work closely with graphic designers to produce content that resonates with target audience.

**Brand Development and Management**
- **Enhance Brand Identity**: Drive initiatives to develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to differentiate Plascare in the market.
- **Market Monitoring**: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.

**Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking**
- **Establish KPIs and Reporting Mechanisms**: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and create dashboards/reports to monitor campaign performance.
- **Competition Analysis**:identify market trends, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors to inform strategic decision-making, enhance our marketing initiatives, and optimise sales strategies.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse marketing metrics such as GA4 to derive insights and generate detailed reports to support actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Event Participation and Account Management Support**
- **Organise Promotional Events**: Plan and execute promotional events, host trade shows, and community engagement activities, managing logistics and marketing collateral to maximise brand visibility.
- **B2B training**: represent the business in training and promoting the solutions to customers and empowering them with knowledge to sell our products.

**Account management**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Create client presentations, support project coordination, and ensure marketing efforts align with company/client objectives and deliverables.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.

**Qualifications and Personal Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, media & communication, or a related field is preferred but not a must.
- Experience in advertising, sales or marketing, with proven ability to understand customer mindset and develop and successful strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders effectively.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and trends.
