**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Processing supplier invoices and credit claims in a timely manner
- Ensuring that supplier invoices match purchase orders
- Processing credit card and expense claims
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Data Entry and Maintenance of various finance departments and various transactions
- Identifying discrepancies and providing solutions
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable (ideally in food manufacturing)
- Great organisation skills & attention to detail
- Ability to engage effectively with different vendors to resolve any issue
- Experience to process high volume of transactions completely and accurately.
- Tertiary education is preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fact paced environment
