A position has recently become available for a full time Accounts Payable Officer based in our offices at Clifton Hill

**The Role**

An excellent opportunity exists for an up and coming person with an Accounts Payable background to perform a challenging role in a small Administration team.

The role will perform the end to end Accounts Payable function with detailed reconciliations of supplier accounts being a key part of the position.

This is a full time position and will focus on the following areas:
**Key Components of the role**:

- Day to day responsibility for the complete payables function
- Matching Purchase Orders to invoices, General Ledger coding, entry of invoices into the system, reconciliation of creditor statements, liaison with suppliers and processing electronic payments
- Reconcile complicated accounts in a high volume business
- Reconciliation of customer statements
- Proactively resolve discrepancies with key internal and external stakeholders

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and maintain composure in a busy environment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines and expectations
- Must be proactive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
