As the Head of Finance at RASHAYS, you will be accountable for the development of financial, regulatory and operational strategy, the metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

**Key Duties**
- Review and strengthen all finance systems, including all financial policies and processes ensuring they are working efficiently across the business
- Review and implement improvements to accounting system capabilities
- Facilitate the Budget and long-term forecasting
- Ensure financial KPIs and expectations are being met
- Reporting - including balance sheets, income statements, variance analysis and projections
- Assisting with the development and review of the business’s financial strategy
- Support the financial audits process
- Overseeing Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Invoicing
- Managing internal/external Accountants and Financial Partners
- Asset Management (including equipment and credit cards)
- Managing Grants processes (requests and acquittals)
- Treasury and cash management
- Staff development and oversight of Finance Team members, resources and responsibilities

**The successful person will have**:

- An MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant accreditation
- Experience within the Hospitality Industry as a financial leader
- Experience as a Head of Finance (or equivalent position)
- Experience managing a financial team
- Demonstrated excellence in finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting
- Expert knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures
- Skill in examining, developing, reengineering, and recommending financial policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
- An effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
