**About the role**

There are two vacancies available for the position of Human Resources Advisor, with the key focus of this role to provide payroll and human resource support to the People Strategies Office and the department.

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for, under general direction, the administration and processing of the fortnightly payroll for departmental staff and monthly payroll for Members (using Aurion), maintaining a variety of people records, policies and procedures, assisting with training preparation, assisting with recruitment and selection, drafting correspondence and other related people strategies work and projects.
