**The role**

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide daily assistance through testing, monitoring, and verifying activities. You will:

- Maintain the Quality Management System and relevant documentation.
- Perform internal audits and provide support during third party external audits.
- Coordinate and focus on continuously improving HACCP/Quality systems.
- Be proactive in identifying potential Food Safety and Quality issues, escalating as required.
- Support quality assurance requirements such as questionnaires and product information.
- Use your expertise to provide training, guidance, and direction around Quality and Food Safety related issues to Production.

Operating on a full-time basis Monday to Friday, this role is based at our Paramatta Creek Processing Facility.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understands and values the perspectives and diversity of others.
- Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
