The rapid growth of Insurx has seen an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join our busy team

**The Opportunity**:
As Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be responsible for auditing calls made by the claims consultants and coaching the teams to improve the claims process and address a range of other matters raised by the consultants to support the provision of a high standard of customer service.

Your day will include:

- Approving payments.
- Receipt recoveries.
- Salvaging costs.
- remediating compliance issues in the claims process.
- Providing timely feedback and coaching to consultants regarding the quality of their work.

We manage claims from start to finish on behalf of insurers, underwriters, brokers and fleet managers. This includes property, motor, cyber and business SME claims.

**To be successful**:

- 2-5 years end-to-end claims management experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and a strong customer focus thinking (customer first)
- Provide a level of flexibility during busy periods and adhering to business process, key performance indicators and timelines.
- Strong documentation processing skills.
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to maintain and support relationships with customers including, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ‘team player’ attitude.
- Eagerness to develop skills to be more efficient in your role.
