**Customer Experience & Brand Support Coordinator**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with speed and accuracy.
- Keep our systems, customer records, and product information up to date.
- Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep the business running at full speed.
- Immerse yourself in the Rogue Royalty brand so you can answer questions confidently and make recommendations customers love.
**What You’ll Need to Bring**:
- **Proven** customer service and admin experience (minimum 2 years).
- Strong computer skills — you’ll be using multiple systems daily and must be confident navigating them.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Exel, Outlook and Word.
- Fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and finding better ways to do things.
- Highly organised with attention to detail that never switches off.
- A stable work history — we’re looking for someone ready to commit and grow with us.
- Professional and personable communication style.
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Xero, CRM systems).
- A genuine interest and love for pets and premium canine products and raw nutrition.
