We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Compliance Officer** to support our compliance, quality assurance, and administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with maintaining compliance in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ESOS Act.
- Support preparation for audits, internal reviews, and validation/moderation activities.
- Maintain and update records for training and assessment strategies (TAS), student files, and trainer documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement practices and policy development.
- Assist with reporting and data entry into student management systems (SMS/LMS).
- Liaise with trainers, assessors, and admin staff to ensure documentation accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of RTO compliance, including ASQA, CRICOS, and the National Code.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SMS/LMS platforms (e.g., VETtrak) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant qualification in education, business, compliance, or administration (desirable).
- Prior experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector is an advantage.
