Our client is a specialised commercial / industrial property group with outstanding reach across South Sydney and into the thriving Western Suburbs. **Duties**:
Working alongside a team of experienced Commercial / Industrial Sales & Leasing executives, this role is to support with all day to day tasks, including:

- Running ad-hoc errands (key cutting, picking up files etc)
- Correspondence with all stakeholders and helping with reporting
- Coordinate property maintenance & repairs for vacant properties
- Take enquiries and coordinate / conduct inspections
- Track current market movements to support the Agents with prospecting

**Specific requirements**:
This is role that will suit someone wanting to get in to Real Estate, or swap from Residential in to Commercial. To be successfully considered, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in Commercial / Industrial real estate
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate
- Drivers license and car
