The role and opportunity

In a newly created role, Head of Digital Transformation, reporting to the Group Chief Digital Officer, your work will form the foundation for the strategic vision to deliver a digitally enabled organisation of the future, a leader in the health-care field**.**

As Head of Digital Transformation, you will be amongst the first to make a difference in the lives and health of people across Australia, you work will have a genuine impact on underprivileged and vulnerable communities.

The Digital Transformation Strategy has five work streams that define the service model for all Digital and Technology customers. As Head of Digital Transformation, you will.
- Establish the D+T transformation structure - set up a steering committee and group of program sponsors.
- Oversee the five work streams across the program - Digital Enablement, Data Capabilities, Customer Excellence, Operational Excellence and Tech Security.
- Lead selected work-streams
- Embed change management practices
- Realise the vision and benefits for each project stream.
- Work with the Group CDO when consulting with and providing updates to the Board and ELT

**About you**

This is, first and foremost, an opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital Transformation. You will bring to this role experience working with senior and executive stakeholders, where you will influence change and deliver remarkable outcomes.

Your expertise in introducing strong principles and frameworks for program and project management will form the foundation of successful delivery for these programs of work.

As will your knowledge and experience of project life-cycles together with best practice project, program and portfolio management tools and methodologies
