Digital Transformation Officer Department of the Legislative Council
About the role As the Digital Transformation Officer, you will analyse business needs and propose digital solutions to improve and streamline the Department's services and processes. You will assist departmental staff identify opportunities to use technology to automate or improve workflows and support them to implement and use digital systems and databases.
You will develop content, and coordinate contributions to maintain the currency of the Department's web site, intranet and social media content. Your responsibilities also include assisting with the production of concise, high quality and professional reports and presentations by the Clerk's Office and overseeing the Department's record management system.
About you

**To excel in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of business requirements and the delivery of digital solutions and business improvement projects.
- Sound written, communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on developing and maintaining successful relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of the operations and functions of a Parliament and its committees, or the ability to quickly obtain this knowledge.
