**About the position**
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the global marketing team of a highly respected, ASX100 organisation with over 15,000 employees in more than 65 countries across the world.
With a mix of local and Houston based Executive Stakeholders, work as part of the marketing and design team based at the corporate head office in Milton. As a motivated and creative professional, you will be responsible for a range of initiatives, communication, and design projects that support the corporate and shared services teams. You will actively contribute to ALS brand initiatives and provide graphic design and presentation services to support the internal and external corporate communications of the company including assisting the shared services teams (Sustainability, Finance, Legal and Human Resources) with their initiatives, reporting documents and market facing materials. The successful applicant will be a highly effective communicator with strong organisational skills, a high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Key duties of this role include**:
- Creating, updating and maintaining corporate materials through InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office including but not limited to brochures, annual report, company newsletters, posters, iconography and merchandise.
- Assist with the design and formatting of investor and finance presentations, and media releases.
- Producing and maintaining a variety of templates and resources for use by the business.
- Editing and updating of the company’s website, intranet and social media.
- Coordinating with suppliers to source quotes, prepare final artwork, proof signoff, delivery confirmation and invoice management.
**About you**
Ideally, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills with a design eye to enhance presentations and use of MS Office related templates and resources.
- Basic HTML and experience using a web content management system.
- Tertiary qualifications in desktop publishing, design and graphic communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Team-player with strong design skills, creative abilities and mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to balance work priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of professionalism and positive attitude is a must.
- SharePoint skills advantageous.
