What you will do
- Manage Legal Aid Queensland's corporate image and visual brand, including the corporate style guide, consistent use of the logo, corporate colours, fonts, imagery and styling.
- Provide high-level desktop publishing and graphic design services, and provide creative solutions, concepts and designs for a variety of publications, including content to be published online and on social media.
- Manage and coordinate print procurement and distribution, pre-press and print production services and monitor the work of external suppliers to ensure specifications are met.
- Help create and edit promotional and informational videos and animations for social media platforms and longer training videos for YouTube.

We're looking for someone with experience in...
- graphic design, desktop and web publishing and print-to-web processes, and design for social media platforms
- creating and editing videos and animations, including short videos for social media platforms and longer training videos for YouTube
- use of technologies such as the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Captivate) and similar programs
- building effective relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
- managing projects and prioritising competing demands to meet deadlines
- creating and maintaining corporate templates and providing advice, training and support to staff in their use.
