Due to an exciting period of growth, there is now a critical opening to sit in a senior leadership role and set ongoing vision for the marketing team, as a Head of Marketing.

**The Role**
The Head of Marketing will have a real vision to set out the growth agenda and steer the direction of the long-term brand communications, product and marketing strategy. On a day to day you'll:

- Effectively drive brand strategy to achieve commercial outcomes
- Build ongoing brand narrative and drive new marketing initiatives for the business
- Lead and develop the high-performing marketing team
- Work closely with the Growth team in driving innovation across the product portfolio
- Manage key relationships with external agency partners
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across different functions in the business - as well as in the US.

A self-driven, motivated, and self-structured person, the Head of Marketing will build out the role from the ground up to explore new category prospects to support Chobani long-term vision. The Head of Marketing will also have:

- Previous senior-level marketing experience gained from a progressive retail FMCG organisation
- Substantial experience driving marketing propositions across a complex business
- Team management experience - we're looking for someone who's empowering, collaborative and humble in approach
- Extensive experience in developing communication plans including creative and media strategy
- A customer-centric, customer first approach
- An established skillset across insights, innovation and strategy

You will be a real problem solver; proactively looking for improvement and positive change with a “can do” mentality and ‘out of the box’ thinking
