**What you’ll do**

As a Planning & Execution (P&E) Lead you will ensure that the Tribe plans for, and delivers on their commitments, while adhering to global APFM principles and guidelines. You will be highly engaged with the business Delivery functions and the various representatives within the Technology Tribe to facilitate plan, deliver and execute to agreed outcomes.You will also maintain capacity views and delivery tracking views.

P&E Lead will ensure quality,competency and efficiency of the delivery team and manage issues, risks and blockers through to resolution. You would be accountable for adhering to the Agile Methodology including sprint ceremonies, backlog management and story pointing/estimations.

You will work with the Project Managers and Capability Leads associated with capital investments in the Tribe, providing plans, tracking progress, raising risks/issues and participating in working group meetings.

**What experience you need**:

- Over 5+ years experience in managing full software development life cycle (SDLC) projects
- Coaching and mentoring Agile Practices to move from culture of ceremonies to a culture of self managing high performance teams
- Certified Scrum Master
- Exposure to working within software developments projects or technical PMO programs
- Demonstrate ability to effect cultural change within an organization
- Demonstrate excellence in delivery
- Ability to deliver results utilizing a high degree of collaboration
- Exceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results and trust
- High attention to detail
- Ability to develop and grow individuals and teams
- Self driven, proactive, with a strong relationship management skill
