Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives that align with the businesses organisational objectives and priorities.
  • Lead the digital transformation agenda, harnessing the power of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the IT department and the organisation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the senior leadership on IT investments and opportunities.
  • Establish robust cybersecurity and data protection measures to safeguard digital assets and sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years' experience in IT Management.
  • Prior experience with Netsuite is highly favourable
  • 5+ years in senior IT leadership dealing.
  • Retail and online experience preferable
  • With a deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity best practices and emerging technologies, you will have a strong awareness of managing budgets.
  • Experience and expertise pertaining to leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Experience in ERP systems and integrations is essential.
  • Ability to communicate technology concepts to personnel at all levels.
