- **The Role**_
- HR Administrative support through employee on-boarding process, including preparation and distribution of employee contracts, variation letters and other employee documentation.
- Data entry of new employees into HRIS and on-going maintenance of employee records for payroll purposes, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to HR and payroll related enquiries from employees.
- Assist the payroll team with weekly and fortnightly payroll and maintenance of payroll data.
- Communicate with managers to ensure that all timesheets, payroll hours and spreadsheets are collated, reviewed and prepared within specific timeframes in order for processing and payment.
- Provide back-up Reception and Administrative support to the wider head office team as required.
- Other HR related projects and tasks.
- **What kind of person will succeed in this role?**_
- A capable individual from a HR generalist or payroll background.
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources highly regarded.
- Technically capable, with experience in advanced Excel functions and other MS Office suite products, and payroll processing software or HRIS.
- Process driven and methodical individual with exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- An analytical mind with well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Discreet and professional individual, with ability to maintain confidentiality, privacy and compliance.
- Ability to review and prioritise tasks accordingly in order to meet relevant deadlines.
- An individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a clear Police Check.
- Proficiency in another language(s) is highly desirable.
