**What’s the role?**

You’ll drive governance, risk management, and compliance with Westpac’s IT Key Control Framework, while collaborating with diverse teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service. Your ability to adapt to changing business needs and emerging technologies will be key to supporting inclusive, future-ready banking solutions.

**What do I need?**
- Experience managing suppliers and/or projects (highly valued)
- Applied knowledge of ITIL practices; ITIL certification preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels and identities within an organisation
- Experience contributing to business cases that support investment, risk, and cost control decisions
- Proven ability to deliver improvements in IT process efficiency
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
