Velocity Truck Centres Australia is looking for a proactive and results-driven **Service Manager** to join the team at Daimler Trucks Adelaide. In this role, you will lead the charge in fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service while delivering strong commercial results.

Whether you’re an experienced Service Manager looking for a change or a Workshop Manager seeking progression, this is fantastic opportunity for you to expand your leadership career with dedicated support. **About the Role**:

- Striving for a zero-harm safety culture and overseeing all aspects of OH&S including hazard identification and rectification, maintenance of plant and equipment and conducting inspections
- Maintaining an efficient and positive working culture across the Service department through mentoring, training and collaboration
- Partnering with customers proactively and consistently to maintain relationships and satisfaction
- Driving the department’s net and gross profit by achieving commercial KPIs, managing the department’s financials and cost control

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Service Manager or Workshop Manager within the automotive industry
- Commitment to zero harm and demonstrated experience in creating a safe working environment
- Experience in effectively leading and coaching diverse teams to enable efficiency and productivity
- Strong dedication towards meeting the expectations of customers through high service levels
- Commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability
