**About You**

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills, with experience handling enquiries in a professional and supportive manner.
- Competence in using computers, databases, and information systems, with the initiative to identify and escalate issues when required.
- Relevant experience in pathology laboratory operations and a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork and mutual support.
