At CMTP, we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our industrial packaging operations. In this key leadership role, you will have the chance to drive sales, improve productivity, and help us deliver top-quality timber products that exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage with the Production Manager a dedicated team of 20 manufacturing professionals
- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management to set and meet the site’s targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

- Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- An appetite to improve sales via current customer accounts and new business development
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
