Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, Synergy is currently seeking a People & Culture Business Partner Work in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support, solutions and influence that enable business units to effectively deliver their people & culture plans.
The People & Culture Business Partner is a permanent opportunity to help support multiple business units based at our Perth CBD office.
We’re looking for inspiring people who will be able to:
- Advise and support senior leadership on general human resource management, people and leadership matters.
- Identification and implementation of value adding People & Culture focussed solutions and improvements within Business Units.
- Advise and support employees on matters related to their employment and the employment relationship.
- Effective pro-active case management.
- Resolve grievances and undertake investigations in accordance with standards.
- Relevant degree or appropriate experience (preferable in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Behaviour) or working towards bachelor’s degree.
- Significant experience in industrial relations with a sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principles, policies and practices.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in generalist and/or partnering role with sound knowledge of HR lifecycle activities.
- Experience in providing advice and support to the workplace.
- Experience of leading and managing organisational change.
