**About the Opportunity**

Based near Perth Airport, the People & Culture Business Partner will be a key member of the national People and Culture team, in this truly generalist role which covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Whilst there will initially be plenty of relationship building and workforce planning, the People and Culture Business Partner will take the lead in partnering, advising and coaching our business leaders in building strong cultures and driving people and culture initiatives.

These include ensuring a positive employee experience, enhancing skills and capability, and creating career pathways. This role will also see you executing a range of people programs across the Questas Group of businesses.

This is a new role for our business, reporting to the GM, P&C, and offers a great opportunity to make a real difference locally while contributing to national P&C strategies and plans.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Potentially five to ten years Business Partner experience with a lot of exposure to a blue-collar workforce.
- Able to demonstrate experience in delivering exceptional human resources advice and support.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Happy to be ‘hands-on’ with a track record in delivering streamlined and value
- add and practical business solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices and legal regulations.
- Experience investigating and resolving employee grievances.
- A relationship-builder.
- Tertiary qualified in human resources or related areas.
