We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled People Analytics and Remuneration Specialist to join our dynamic team at AMA Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing accurate, insightful people-related data and analytics, helping to inform critical business decisions. You will support the remuneration review process, ensure compliance with Awards and external reporting requirements, and assist in the management of people-related projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality, accurate people-related reports and insights (e.g., turnover, team member cost, headcount, recruitment, remuneration, engagement, safety, and training).
- Champion the effective use of multiple HRIS and Payroll systems across AMA Group.
- Organise, audit, cleanse, and maintain group-level people-related data.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting support to the People team.
- Manage WGEA reporting, compliance reporting, Award compliance reviews, and gender pay gap reporting annually.
- Administer people reward programs, including service recognition and AMA Group Awards, and support external/industry award submissions.
- Oversee the team member benefits program, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Administer the remuneration review process and ongoing remuneration compliance.
- Undertake people-related tasks and special projects as required.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of modern awards and the Fair Work Act.
- Proficient knowledge of HR systems and software.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proven experience in project and/or program management within a large, complex organisation.
