Clayton, Australia PPG Industries Full time

We're looking for a **National Asset Administrator **who will report to National Sales Manager based in Clayton, Victoria. You will deal with daily and long-term strategic management of PPG assets across the Architectural Coatings ANZ business.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with contracts for services and equipment from external suppliers including purchasing, delivery and instillation ensuring cost efficiencies in liaison with procurement, manage contract negotiations between PPG and suppliers.
- Manage placement, removal, transfer, changeover, maintenance and repairs of all store and customer site-based PPG assets (tint equipment, colour walls and semi-permanent POS)
- Record management with finance team for any proposed or actual assets movement (acquisitions, transfers, valuations, or disposals) and conduct an asset audit schedule.
- Manage asset upgrades, storage and changeovers while ensuring all assets are serviceable and suitable for purpose.
- Coordinate training on equipment use and maintenance and developing reports and equipment performance reviews.
- Support asset development plans that provide medium/long-term projections of capital investment and ongoing maintenance/placement costs.
- Raise purchase orders and initiate requests for material codes.
- Monthly meeting with finance to review asset status, issues, and capital expenditure.

**New Stores and Store Refits**

Help with:

- Asset orders, placement, and training of customer staff on equipment and stock
- Stock/POS order, delivery, and merchandising,
- Coordinate communication between Bunnings, PPG HO, Independents and Company Owned Stores and the field.
- Build relationships with other teams and external agencies and regular field visits while maintaining company procedures.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years’ experience in asset administration or retail store operations
- Experience managing important projects, develop budgets and secure cost savings through the creation and implementation of vendor and asset management strategies.
- Intermediate skills with MS Word, Access, Excel, Power point, Outlook.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent platform.
