Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity to join our Telecommunications division, supporting our UNM Payments Team
About the Role

Service Stream, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading national service provider to develop and operate Australia's essential communications, energy and water networks in the telecommunications and utilities industries. We specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of new and existing networks, and deliver end-to-end engineering and asset management solutions on behalf of our blue chip client base.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure SOIP and RCTI are delivered within commercial parameters and timeframes
- Liaise with client representatives to ensure all correspondence is coordinated accurately
- Update and maintain accurate data relating to payments and invoicing
- Liaise with subcontractors and Service Stream field personnel to ensure payments are submitted correctly and all necessary approvals/documentations are present
- Provide prompt response and resolution to queries
- Compile data reports
- Assist the wider finance team to meet all end of month deadlines including reconciliations

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position is highly desired
- Experience in an office environment including, administration, data entry and filing
- Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry
- Previously experience in meeting client demands/needs is desired
- Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Well developed communications skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
