We are currently working with one of Australia’s largest dynamic delivery providers, who deliver chilled, frozen and ambient product to households, retail stores and warehouses Australia-wide.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on **Compliance + MHE National Coordinator** to assist with the day-to-day management of this successful delivery network.

**Key Responsibilities / Skills**
- National Equipment tendering and management
- Service scheduling, maintenance, repair
- Admin support - office supplies and other team needs nationally
- Proactive supply management - setting up processes on supply levels reporting & ordering
- Administrative assistance to VIC State Manager e.g HR / onboarding
- Setting and running tool boxes in VIC & supporting nationally
- VIC HACCP compliance and requirements
- Rapid management - Driver inductions.
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders, and get along and communicate with a diverse range of personalities and cultural differences.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines.
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly.
- The ability to come up with creative solutions to get around any problem.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
- Self-motivated and uses initiative for process improvements.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
