**The Organisation**:
Optimum Plan Management is an NDIS registered provider of financial intermediary or plan management services to NDIS participants, their families and service providers. We help participants get the best out of their NDIS plan. We are seeking a highly driven and dedicated Administrative support Officer.

**About the position**:
This is a permanent position based in our Clayton, Melbourne Victoria office. The person we are looking for will have a warm and supportive approach, assisting the plan management team, other stakeholders and NDIS participants, their family members and carers.

This is an ideal position to develop your career in the NDIS plan management under experienced plan managers and leaders.

As Administrative Support Officer, you will utilise your strong verbal, written and administrative skills to deliver positive first point of contact experience to existing and potential Optimum Plan Management clients, their providers and other stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound phone calls involving new clients’ enquiries, invoicing and service agreements follow ups. Etc
- Developing strong and enduring relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Growing Optimum Plan Management client base by actively promoting Optimum Plan Management services to NDIS participants, plan nominees, providers, support coordinators and the disability network.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Working knowledge of the NDIS [National Disability Scheme]
- Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn the NDIS service categories/line items and the associated pricing principles and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to details
- Demonstrated experience in customer service delivery

**Qualification**:

- A minimum of a Certificate 1V in Bookkeeping and or Disability or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the NDIS and its' pricing principles.
- A degree qualification in a relevant field.

**On Offer**:

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
