**End User Support Lead**

Great opportunity to join a large Australian technology scale up company seeking International expansion, with over 350 staff around the country.

The contract will run for 3 months from initial employment, based in the Melbourne CBD with working from home flexibility. Potential to explore a permanent ongoing role.

**The role**:
As an End User Support Lead you will provide leadership and mentoring to the Service Desk team, and will drive a strong culture of continual improvement to the scope of the company.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate the processing of incoming calls/tickets to the Service Desk
- Ensure all Service Desk management processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards or procedures
- Be an escalation point for the Service Desk during high severity incidents
- Provide hardware / software support
- Ensure that the SOE for end-user devices are regularly patched and upgraded to meet usability and security requirements
- Responsible for end-user device assert and life cycle management
- Ensure that Office technology facilities, Including Audio Visual and Webinar systems are working and are fit for purpose
- Provide technical mentoring and training
- Facilitate team meetings, reviews, planning
- Provide regular updates to the Management team on Service Desk operational activities
- Responsible for user account administration in Okta, the Active Directory and Office 365

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a high traffic and task switching customer service environment
- Knowledge of procedures for end user technical support
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to interact with client users using a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of OS - Microsoft, Apple and Linux
- Strong understanding of Agile values and principles
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, End User Computing, SOE imaging, remote OS and software installation and deployment
- Experience with use of scripts (batch, PowerShell, VBS)

Must be able to commence immediatly or within 1-2 weeks.
