Our client, in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced End User Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis in Melbourne. You will handle third level escalations for all technical and process issues relating to end user devices and software. In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all hardware and software related to the Modern Workplace Technology (MWT) environment.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Ensure timely and accurate updates are provided to incidents and problem requests - reviewing them based on priority and\or due date.
- Providing remote and (where required) on site third level IT support.
- Assisting the Service Desk and Desktop Support team members via training where skillset requires uplifting.
- Manage the software and hardware used by end users including defining the appropriate End user hardware including tasks related to purchasing, configuration, deployment and decommission of end user devices.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Citrix or other relevant VDI environment/s

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience with using Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Intune
- Security patching
- Software packaging experience
- Experience with Group Policy
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Windows 10 experience - using / troubleshooting / updating
- Office 365 Administration / Knowledge
- Good hardware knowledge - PC’s / Mobile Phones / Laptops / Other devices
- Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Virtual Desktop Environments
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Experience with Azure AD
