Job Title: End User Computing Manager

Description:

This role involves leading a team of end user computing support specialists, managing the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices and applications across various environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT leadership, with strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS platforms, and corporate applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EUC operations across multiple platforms
  • Manage the lifecycle of EUC hardware and applications
  • Oversee incident and escalation management to ensure SLA compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and security frameworks

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in senior IT management roles
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with key tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to develop SOPs and knowledge base resources
  • Experience working in large, geographically dispersed environments
