About the role:
The EUC Technical Analyst will help the business realise end-user systems' ongoing development and maintenance to enhance their capabilities and support the service desk in resolving technical issues pertaining to end-user systems, including troubleshooting significant matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve end-user systems following architecture principles, business requirements and client needs.
- Experience with IT components and terminology especially as it relates to the end-user computing environment, software and hardware inventory, software packaging and imaging.
- Identify and mitigate risks to performance, security, continuity, and availability of end-user systems, and resolve significant technical issues, including testing, to assist the service desk in providing effective customer and end-user support.
- Contribute to developing technical solutions and their guiding strategy and collaborate with stakeholders, including suppliers, to realise improvements and optimise the operational environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain tools and process for delivery of approved software to desktop systems.
- Maintain research, configuration, and operational documentation, and share knowledge about solutions and services proactively.
- Address and assess risks that threaten the performance, availability, continuity, security, and compliance of end-user systems and implement mitigation actions using the IT Change control process.
- Support staff to use the existing end-user systems, obtain feedback on user and customer experience and provide advice on future capabilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and acceptance during testing and the tracking of issues through to resolution.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficient in technical analysis, technology frameworks, tools and techniques.
- Proficient in the development and administration of end-user systems with their components and relationships for Windows-based systems.
- Proficient in the deployment and maintenance of end-user systems.
- Experience in end user computing systems imaging and software packaging with some experience with SCCM or proficiency with other similar technology solutions.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops, opportunity exploration and issue resolution, understanding and processing user requirements and conducting analysis.
- A current valid Victorian driver's licence.
