We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in our organisation's strategic IT transformation.

This role focuses on leading the transition to Windows 11 across the enterprise, ensuring a secure, seamless, and modern user experience.

As the technical lead, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align upgrade initiatives with business goals.

Your deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and end-user computing will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, deployment, and management of Windows 11 upgrades across the organisation.
  • Design and manage end-user computing environments, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop and enforce policies for device management, app deployment, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to devices, OS, and applications.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar technical leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment and policy management.
