
Administration Assistant

**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience in office clerical roles would be perfect
- Must be methodical, practical and detail minded.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Must have Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar) for administrator position.
- Experience in using CRM database system.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently in a team of 2.
- Available for an immediate start

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proven experience with data entry.
- Track record in administering day-to-day office functions.
- Undertake administration functions associated with customer service.
- Maintain the Databases, including making telephone contact with contacts to update.
