**The Role**:
Reztor Restoration is a fast-growing company in the restoration industry (flood, fire, mould) that now requires a new Administration assistant.

This is a fantastic chance to join a stable and secure company that values its people above all else Career growth opportunities will be available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional, confidential support to the General Manager and Directors of the company.
- Organising team meetings, setting agendas and action items
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintenance of document management and filing systems
- Ability to meet deadlines by effectively prioritising tasks

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications Require**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate with high level of attention to detail
- Be a team player who is respectful, motivated, driven and proactive
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management and organisation skills
- Possess a high level of computing skills
- Highly motivated and independent worker
